We believe online interaction should be empowering and authentic. To maintain a respectful platform, all users must follow these rules across public posts, stories, comments, direct messages, and user profiles.
2. Prohibited Content & Abuse (Zero-Tolerance Policy)
ThuirRa strictly prohibits the publication or sharing of objectionable User-Generated Content (UGC). We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against:
- Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation.
- Harassment & Bullying: Targeted abuse, blackmail, threat of violence, dox, or persistent unwanted contact.
- Sexually Explicit & Nudity: Pornographic material, non-consensual sexual content, or sexually explicit depictions.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Absolute zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Any occurrence will result in immediate permanent account deletion and mandatory reporting to law enforcement (NCMEC).
- Violence & Self-Harm: Content depicting extreme graphic violence, promoting terrorism, or encouraging suicide and self-harm.
- Spam, Misinformation & Scams: Fraudulent schemes, malicious links, phishing, automated spamming, or dangerous medical/electoral misinformation.
3. Content Moderation & Reporting Mechanisms
To comply with global regulatory standards and app store policies, ThuirRa provides robust reporting and blocking tools:
In-App Report Feature
Users can report any objectionable post, story, comment, or profile directly through the 3-dot menu or flag icon. Reported items enter our human and automated moderation queue for evaluation within 24 hours.
User Blocking Feature
You can block any user at any time. Blocking prevents the user from viewing your profile, sending direct messages, or interacting with your posts and stories.
4. Enforcement & Penalties
When a violation of these guidelines is confirmed, ThuirRa takes swift enforcement actions based on severity and account history:
- Content Removal: Deletion of the violating post, comment, or media item.
- Temporary Account Suspension: Restricting publishing, commenting, or messaging capabilities for 24 hours to 30 days.
- Permanent Ban: Permanent deletion of accounts engaging in severe or repeated offenses (e.g., CSAM, hate speech, severe harassment).
