ThuirRa maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You retain ownership of content you post, but you agree NOT to publish or transmit:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors.
- Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats, or bullying against individuals or groups.
- Non-consensual sexual content, explicit violence, or self-harm promotion.
- Intellectual property infringement, copyright violations, or deceptive impersonation.
- Spam, malicious links, phishing attempts, or unauthorized automated activity.
4. Content Ownership & License
You retain full copyright and ownership of any posts, stories, text, or media you post on ThuirRa. By posting public content, you grant ThuirRa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and index that content for discovery on search engines and AI crawlers.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, breach community standards, or engage in unlawful behavior.
You may delete your account at any time via the Account Settings or Delete Account route.
6. Limitation of Liability
ThuirRa is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThuirRa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, content loss, or unauthorized access.
